Returns
Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know of the outcome. Refunds will be applied on the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to also process refund.
We will not provide exchanges or refunds to any used personal hygiene products for safety and sanitary reasons.
We do not provide refunds if you change your mind after your purchase so please choose carefully.
Damaged or wrong Order
You may be granted a refund for damaged or faulty products.
Once you have received your order please inspect it. If the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible at beauty@bellaskiin.com.au. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.
